This afternoon I had such a fun time sneaking my way around an old abandon house with Andrew and Samantha. The vintage and old time feel of this house was to die for! Andrew and Sam were so relaxed and easy going which made for an amazing afternoon! I hope you enjoy some of my favorite pictures as the couple are decked out in their Christmas colors!

I absolutely loved spending time with the Treanor family especially capturing their beautiful children. All of the kids have such an unique and fun personality which made it such a treat for me to capture each of them on camera. I loved taking pictures of the adventurous boys and the curious girls as they played and just had fun being kids! Enjoy some of my favorite Christmas pictures and the kids just enjoying life :)

They're Engaged

I am so excited because this morning I took engagement pictures with an amazing couple. It actually worked out perfect because we had this photo shoot planned and they got engaged a week ago today! We thought it would be fun to do a combination of Christmas Card pics and engagement photos to celebrate the occasion! I am so excited for this fabulous couple:)

The Lehn Family

Yesterday afternoon I spent time with the Lehn family just hanging out around the park. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon where the air was cool and the sun was shining brightly. My favorite part of the photo session was getting to enjoy their adorable daughter Shelby. She was so curious and such a joy to be around. I love seeing curious little ones as they investigate the world around them. Shelby did a fanastic job of cheasing for the camera too! Here are some of my favorite pics from the afternoon.

I am so excited and wanted to take a moment to share my excitement! Over the past year I have felt called to pursue my dream of photography. Even when I was a little girl I was always curious about the camera and loved to be in front of it. I remember being a Senior in high school and getting the usual senior pics. While taking those pictures I thought to myself that photography shouldn't be something you just do but something that you are passionate about! I began to get really excited while sitting and taking pictures because I was thinking about how I could bless people with photography. After a lot of thought and prayer I have decided to pursue this dream and watch it become a reality. It has been amazing to see the faithfulness of God in watching SAYphotography grow. I have now booked 4 shoots in the next two weeks and have more to come! I cant even explain the joy I feel when thinking about expressing who I am while taking pictures of people and who they are at the same time! I look forward to capturing life with you! All this to say that there are a lot of really fun post coming up in the next couple of weeks! Stay tuned!

Fresh, Fun , and Fabulous

As you can see these are four of the most beautiful girls I know! Each of the girls were given a creative look representing thier own style and personality. Whenever I know someone who is passionate about something I jump at the opportunity to help. My friend Danielle Lazaro is a talented new make up artist in the Charlotte area. She has a contempary and fresh style of doing make up depending on each client. Danielle has been given a gift and talent of make up artistry that she loves to express on other people.
