BOONE
Today I spent time visiting my sweet friend Brittany in Boone. Brittany and I have been friends since the 7th grade and have both recently become passionate about photography. Originally we were going to have a play date with our cameras outside. However, it was rainy and icky out. Brittany decided to call three of her friends and have a photo shoot in a dance room at ASU. Brittany had to shoot a motion shot for her photography class. I decided to tag along and take some pictures of my own. After playing with the lighting, a lot of laughing, and some fun dance moves the photo shoot was a success. During this time I had the pleasure of taking pictures of Brittany, Courtney and Katey. These were some of my favorite pictures of my new friends :)

A NEW ADVENTURE!
This is the start of a new adventure in my life! I have recently become obsessed with photography :) I love the idea of capturing those moments that are unforgettable in an individuals life. As of right now I have been spending a lot of time getting to know my camera and shooting whenever I can! I have been extremely blessed by having the opportunity to take pictures of some of my dearest friends and share those special moments with them. I look forward to a fun and amazing future with photography! Here we go...
I thought it would only make sense to share with you where SAY Photography originated. Toward the end of last summer I realized that I had become obsessed with taking pictures. However, all I had was a digital camera and eventually I realized that I was interested in pursuing something more. Through Young Life I was friends with a photographer named Sharon Clark. Let me just tell you...she is amazing!!! The best thing about Sharon is that she has a true passion for photography. I started meeting with Sharon just to learn a little bit about my camera and lighting. Sharon was so encouraging to work with and taught me that it is possible to pursue your dreams :) Thanks for everything Sharon! http://smittenphotography.typepad.com/smitten_photography
Here I am pursuing my dream and I realized that I needed a name...One of my best friends,Danah, calls me Say instead of Sarah. When thinking about pursuing my dreams Danah was one of the first people I thought of. She has always been very encouraging and has offered great words of wisdom. Danah has truly made a difference in my life and I am so thankful for her friendship :) I chose Say It Is SO because I believe that you can make any dreams become a reality! I am excited to use my creativity and style to make the pictures I take unique and a reflection of the dream I have coming true!
